Brookhold checks every line on a care home's food and supplies invoices, shows where the same item costs less, and catches what goes wrong on invoices. Your homes keep using the products they know.
What we check

Then, if you like, we do the work
Your homes don't learn a new system, and you stay in control.
- Homes order as they do now. We place supplies and food orders with your existing suppliers and check every price.
- Errors caught before you pay. Short deliveries and price creep are flagged, and invoices go to Xero or QuickBooks already coded.
- One statement a month. What you bought, what you paid and what you saved. Any change of product or supplier is your decision.
What it costs
The check is free. If you'd like us to run your purchasing afterwards, food included, our fee is a fixed monthly amount per bed, set at no more than a third of the savings your check finds, so you keep at least two-thirds. There's no minimum term (30 days' notice), and you never pay us more than we've saved you.
Suppliers don't pay us a penny. You do, so our only incentive is getting you a better deal.

Questions
Do we have to switch suppliers?
No. Often the best saving is a better price from a supplier you already use, or catching an invoice that doesn't match what was agreed. Any change is your decision.
What do you need from us?
Up to three months of supplies and food invoices. PDFs and phone photos are fine. You don't need to remove anything: we strip out resident details automatically.
How long does the check take?
Your report is ready within 2 working days.
Does the check cover food?
Yes. The free check and the service cover food and drink as well as supplies.
Do suppliers pay Brookhold?
No. Some purchasing services are free to the home because suppliers pay them rebates or commission. We take nothing from suppliers: no commission, no rebates, no referral fees. Any discount a supplier offers is passed on to you in full, and we only get paid when you save.
